We are part of FIRST, which stands for For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology. FIRST is a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring young people to pursue an education in Science & Technology, while building confidence, knowledge, and life-skills. Team Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin

Our name stands for Community of Robotic Engineers, and that is just what we are-we are from Waukesha, Wisconsin and accept students from any three of our community high schools. We are part of a larger organization called FIRST. To read more about them, read the section below. We pair them up with great mentors who teach them the fundamentals of robotics and other life skills.

Kickoff Safety Workshop 1.8.10

Our entire team is very proud of our safety program and feels that it is important to share information about our program with any other teams that may be interested. At the safety workshop, we gave other teams ideas and an overview of our program and how it works for us. We hope that other teams will adopt some of our ideas and will make safety an important part of their team. Our program includes concepts such as PPE, LOTO, and frequent safety tests and training workshops.
