After our second year of participating in FIRST, our team was excited to continue competing during the off-season. We participated in exhibition matches hosted by Charger Robotics during Summerfest. Typically people don’t expect do see a group of high school students building and competing with robots at Summerfest. Despite this, people were excited to watch our robots compete and learn about FIRST robotics. Our entire team had a great day competing with our robot, Helios, in some exciting matches! 

During the summer, our team looks for ways to spread the message of FIRST to people in our community. Every year we go to Summerfest and participate in exhibition matches hosted by Charger Robotics. We brought our 2009 robot, Mizuki, to compete in the competition. Many people in the community were very interested in watching the robots compete and learning what area high school students have been working on.
