Our name stands for Community of Robotic Engineers, and that is just what we are-we are from Waukesha, Wisconsin and accept students from any three of our community high schools. We are part of a larger organization called FIRST. To read more about them, read the section below. We pair them up with great mentors who teach them the fundamentals of robotics and other life skills.
Read MoreWe took the opportunity to promote FIRST in our community Fourth of July parade. It was a pleasant day for walking in the Waukesha Independence Day Parade. About 12 of our team members and mentors participated in this public event. We displayed our robot, Mizuki, around the parade route and distributed candy to attendees.
