Gracious professionalism is a main part of the FIRST Robotics Competition. This motto of FIRST emphasizes the value of others, respect for the community and teammates, and the quality of work.  While treating others with kindness and respect, we learn and compete like crazy.  We avoid treating anyone disrespectfully, and there are no boastful behaviors or sugar- coated situations. On our team we make a great effort to be gracious professionals.  At competitions we handed out safety packets and answered questions anyone had about it.  We will always be willing to lend spare parts or help opposing teams fix their robots at competitions.
